CUBE S3: the all-rounder
The CUBE S3 magnet crawler was developed for safe high-pressure water jetting and abrasive blasting on vertical, horizontal and overhead steel surfaces. Its high flexibility allows a wide range of tasks such as high-pressure washing, abrasive blasting and ultra-high-pressure work to be carried out semi-automatically. Different water tools and blasting nozzles can be used one after the other via a quick-change system.
With its short wheelbase and compact dimensions, the CUBE S3 is an agile vehicle. The magnets have a high holding force, so it can even take tight turns without losing adhesion.
Multi-axis control lets the operator not only swing the nozzles left and right but also adjust the distance between the water tool and the surface during operation. This way it easily overcomes obstacles on the surface while always keeping the optimum distance.

In-house developed high-performance rotary union for optimum coating removal
The built-in self-rotating rotary union TDS 3000 has an adjustable magnetic brake, so the optimum speed can be set quickly and easily from the outside. Tailored to the task, the rotary union is fitted with a nozzle arm featuring a special nozzle arrangement for efficient removal.

Quick-change kit
Thanks to its compact design and quick-change system, the CUBE S3 can be dismantled quickly and easily. This makes it easy, for example, to carry the unit through a tank manhole. The quick-change system also allows conversion to the CUBE V3 vacuum system.
